Tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, follow-ups, collections).
- Record daily financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and balance the general ledger.
- Prepare and monitor sales taxes (GST/QST/HST).
- Actively participate in monthly closings and the preparation of financial reports.
- Produce various accounting and financial reports.
- Manage expense accounts and ensure compliance with supporting documents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, especially in the use of the ERP system.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
