Job Description
As an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper, primarily responsible for managing and maintaining employer's financial records.
Scope of Work
- Will Handle Bookkeeping and BIR related works
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, or government agencies, as needed.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Maintains accuracy , confidentiality , and ethical standards in handling financial data, in accordance with the EMPLOYER’s policies and applicable laws.
