Job Description
ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT Handle daily clerical and accounting tasks as follows:
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry — Record financial transactions, update ledgers, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable — Process vendor invoices, verify payments, issue customer receipts, and manage credit control.
- Bank Reconciliation — Match invoices with payments and reconcile bank statements.
- Financial Reporting Assistance — Assist with monthly financial reports, expense management, and payroll processes.
- Treasury Tasks — Assist with bank transactions and managing petty cash.
- Administrative Support – Filing of documents, prepare reports, manage correspondence with clients or suppliers and other general office work.
