Accounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses)
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
  • Assist in tax filing and statutory compliance
  • Process employee reimbursements and petty cash
  • Support monthly and annual financial closing

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle vendor coordination and payments
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Organize meetings, travel, and office logistics
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
