Role OverviewThe Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting finance and administrative functions through accounting processes, financial reporting, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, maintain General Ledger (GL), and prepare GST submissions.
- Handle collection activities by following up on outstanding payments, issuing reminder letters, and reviewing customer account activity.
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately within required timelines.
- Manage corporate card transactions and staff expense claims.
