Accounts Assistant - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract - £30,000 - £35,000

Robert Half are working with a well-established organisation in North Oxfordshire who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This position will provide day-to-day support to the Finance Manager, assisting with a variety of finance and accounting tasks across the business.

Key duties will include:

  • Processing invoices across both purchase and sales ledger
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining cash records
  • Assisting with payment runs and monitoring staff expenses
  • Supporting credit control activities and issuing customer statements
  • Maintaining accurate finance records and digital filing systems
  • Assisting with month-end processes and account reconciliations
