- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
- Assisting with daily cash postings and banking duties
- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Assisting the wider accounts team with administrative duties
- Ensuring all accounting procedures are completed in line with company standards
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers where required
