The main purpose of the Accounts Assistant will be to ensure all invoicing is done correctly and on time. The Accounts Assistant's key duties will include:
- Processing a high volume of complex invoices
- Resolve queries
- Reconcile costs & payments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide ad-hoc support for queries, analysis, and project work as required
