Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing accounts department to deal with their expanding group company accounts. The applicant must be a team player, have experience of accounting procedures and have a positive “can do” attitude. Some knowledge of US accounting processes would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Day to day processing of purchase and sales ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
- Processing invoices and monitoring bank accounts and all transactions including monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare general ledger accounts reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, month end and yearly accounts and tax returns.
- Assist with all other administrative duties and various finance tasks as required.
