The Role

Reporting into senior management, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, with a primary focus on the purchase ledger. Duties will include:

Processing supplier invoices onto Sage Line 50
Recording invoices accurately against purchase orders
Matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders
Ensuring invoices are fully authorised prior to input
Reconciling supplier statements monthly
Preparing and checking monthly expenses
Assisting with supplier BACS runs
