We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities- Handle accounts data entry and ensure records are updated accurately
- Check and verify submitted invoice(s) and contract(s)
- Follow up with clients or related parties on payment status for ongoing/outstanding invoice(s)
- Reconcile assigned accounts and prepare necessary reports in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing updates and reports for the Director
- Maintain proper filing and organization of in-house documents, including server records
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / SPM qualification
- At least 1 year of accounts-related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting processes
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
