Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting, finance, and administrative support across S.M subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Maintain full sets of accounts, including invoicing, AR/AP, petty cash, fixed assets, and general ledger.
- Maintain accounting and HR bookkeeping records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates according to local compliance.
- Prepare and submit weekly AR reports to all departments, coordinating with the team to ensure AR status is updated.
- Prepare and submit monthly cashflow reports to HQ for funding approval.
- Verify staff claims with proper supporting documents.
- Manage company and staff insurance records with agents.
- Act as company bank preparer, liaising with local banks and ensuring complete payment documentation before management approval.
