Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring all stocks are accounted for
- Assist in documentation filling
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Data entry
- Involved in weekly/monthly billings
- Retrieve and resend invoices, credit notes and statement of accounts
- Checking on delivery reports
- Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties
- At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting/Admin or related fields
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Take initiative and fast learner
- Multi-tasking
