Location: Pioneer Sector Lane (Jurong area)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm
Benefits: Transport provided at Jurong East and Lakeside, lunch subsidized (Staff only pay $2 for lunch)
Salary: Depends on experience up to $2.8K
Responsibilities
- Verify cheques received against sales invoices
- Bank in collection within second day of receipt
- Prepare billing for misc charges
- Accounts Receivables
- AR invoicing
- In charge of monthly prepayment schedule
- In charge of monthly packing inventory schedule
- AP entry
- Fixed assets sighting
- Inventory count process
- Monthly and yearly closing
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
