- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), Alternate Saturday

- Handle partial set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and promptly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
- Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional service providers.
