Job Summary Manage full set of accounts and payroll for an air-conditioning systems company, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely processing of payments and submissions. Responsibilities Prepare and record accounts receivables and accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial data Calculate monthly payroll and update employee personal files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy Process suppliers' invoices and vendor payments promptly to maintain good supplier relationships Reconcile monthly financial transactions and prepare related financial reports for management review Perform GST reconciliation and submit required filings to IRAS in compliance with tax regulations Prepare annual audit documents and liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes Support HR functions including m...
