MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES An Accounts Executive handling accounts receivables for MCST finance manages the organization's invoicing, collection, and cash application activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments from subsidiary proprietors, tenants and customers, collectively known here as 'customers'. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and Billing: Generating accurate and timely invoices to customers. The diverse types of invoices include maintenance and sinking funds, utilities and facilities charges, carpark charges and any ad-hoc charges and/or recoverable charges such as property taxes etc Ensuring invoices are properly documented and sent to the customers Maintaining accurate records of invoices and customer accounts
