Job Description
Job Scope :
Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets records
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, staff reimbursements, and payment transactions accurately and promptly
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments where required
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations
Assist with audit schedules and statutory reporting support
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, banks, and external parties on finance-related matters
Support ad hoc assignments and other accounting duties as assigned
