- Verify invoices by coordinating with purchasers, customers, suppliers, vendors, and the Accounts Department to resolve payment issues
- Perform daily accounts and administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations
- Maintain a systematic project filing and bookkeeping system to ensure organized record-keeping
- Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company to support various operational needs
