JOB SUMMARY
Performing of daily administrative and accounting work with QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft. Duties include invoicing, payment from debtors and to creditors, monthly bank reconciliations, reports, staff reimbursement, audit and tax queries and other administrative assignments, including and for its subsidiaries and associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES- AP and AR
- Bank reconciliations, journals
- Process invoices, payroll, CPF, calculation of commission
- GST / IRAS’ submission
- Timely closing of month-end accounts
- Handle audit, tax and other requirements
- Administrative / HR duties etc
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Singaporean or Others
- Bilingual
- Diploma in accountancy ...
