Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting functions of a property development company Prepare and analyse project development costs Handle debtor billings and collections Perform monthly bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences Prepare foreign subsidiaries accounts and other related matters Prepare and complete monthly accounts on a timely basis Prepare statutory financial statements Perform other ad-hoc as and when required Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent/ professional qualification in Accounting Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in property development or construction industry Prior usage of Wiz Property System will be added advantage Proficient in MS Office application Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word A detail-oriented planner, high self-discipline and good commitment...
