Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to payroll processing, accounting data entry , and Odoo ERP , and be comfortable handling day-to-day finance activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries , including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries
- Handle payroll processing , including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and timely disbursements
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and support statutory compliance related to payroll
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions in Odoo ERP
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
