Job Description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive who thrives in managing daily accounting operations & maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities- Post suppliers invoices in the system
- Reconcile invoices against statement of accounts
- Settle discrepancies for smooth payment
- Assist in invoicing
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Work 5.25 days per week, alternate Saturday half day required
- Entry level with Principles of Accounts or CAT are welcome to apply
- Must have Accounting background
- Willing to work at office located near Tuas West Road MRT
