Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous individual with strong numerical skills to join a reputable shipping firm as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate should be looking to support daily finance operations, reporting, and month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports
- Support month-end closing and balance sheet schedules
- Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation entries
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal reporting
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in AP, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing
