Responsibilities
Accounting and Reporting
- Ensure all transactions for the accounts under your charge are properly transcribed, checked, and posted to the accounting system promptly.
- Prepare weekly/monthly voucher entries before sending for review.
- Prepare outgoing invoices, debt notes, credit notes, and statements of accounts accurately and on time.
- Obtain information from the Accountant for Intercompany Billing to ensure records are accurate, complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
