Job Description
Manage billing, accounts receivable, receipt application, and credit control processes in compliance with accounting standards, GAAP, and internal policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial postings.
Support month-end closing activities, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset management, GST filing, audit coordination, and statutory reporting requirements.
Monitor customer credit evaluations, collection follow-ups, aging reviews, and release of blocked sales orders to ensure effective risk and receivables management.
Review documentary credit terms, assess financial risk exposure relating to customers, countries, and banks, and ensure accurate creation of financial documentation.
Prepare management reports, maintain proper financial records, and provide support for ad-hoc assignments, projects, and continuous process improvements.
