Key Responsibilities
Sort, label, and record invoices for raw materials.Examine and execute payments to suppliers.Keep track of various records (e.g. assets & tooling inventories).Create reports on raw material inventory levels.Support the preparation of internal and external reports.Contribute to the creation of the company's financial plans.Aid in financial auditing and handling tax matters.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
