De Beaute Beauty & Slimming is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Executive in Singapore, based in the Central Region, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must handle a full set of accounts.
Organised and capable of handling daily accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism, able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a full set of accounts, including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports, GST filing, statements, and reconciliations.
- Manage process invoices, claims, and other ad-hoc invoices, payment processing, and expense claims.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
