- Handle full set of accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Record and process all business transactions, such as sales, purchases, and inventory movements, in the accounting system
- Perform timely account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings
- Ensure the company complies with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with the auditor on queries and provide documentation
- GST Submission
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar capacity
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy
- Have work experience using MYOB and Autocount accounting systems
- Well organized, meticulous and good time management
- Good communication skills
