We are looking for a responsible and detail-orientedAccounts Executive to support the Finance team at our Singapore Branch Office.The person will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operationsand ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions andreports.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting functions, includingAccounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries,bank reconciliation, and fixed assets records
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, staff reimbursements, and payment transactions accurately and promptly
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstandingpayments where required
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations
Assist with audit schedules and statutory reporting support
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies
