Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities.
- Liaise with tax agents, and bankers.
- GST submission and bank reconciliation.
- Organise and maintain up-to-date financial records/cashflow.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Month‑end closing reports.
- Monthly reconciliation of inter‑company transactions
- Maintain account schedules (fixed assets register, prepayments, accruals, etc.)
- Diploma in Accounting Min 2 years experience in handling full sets of accounts (in manufacturing industries).
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL Accounts System) or similar and MS Excel
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: S$2,800.00 - S$3,000.00 per year
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
