Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to support both in-house accounting and client accounts for our management firm. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in full set accounts, be able to work independently, and manage tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision. This role is suitable for a junior to mid-level candidate with relevant accounting experience, preferably in a management, corporate secretarial, or professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities- Handle bookkeeping and accounting for both the firm’s in-house accounts and assigned client accounts.
- Maintain full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting reports.
