Accounts Executive (Vessel Accountant)

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain accounts, including, but not limited to:
  • Manage costs and payment of vendor invoices.
  • Maintaining healthy AP/AR aging
  • Practicing journal entries.
  • Generating month-end schedules and reconciliations
  • Ensuring that the month-end close is carried out according to the scheduled timelines
  • Analyze monthly variances to find trends, abnormalities, and areas that could use improvement.
  • When it comes to accounting matters, interact and communicate with pertinent parties to guarantee timely and accurate work.
  • Communicate and collaborate with key accounting stakeholders to guarantee work accuracy and timeliness.
  • Participate in company and department projects that aim to streamline procedures, improve internal controls, and boost productivity.
