About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on Zoho expertise to manage our finance and accounting operations. You'll own the billing lifecycle, keep receivables healthy, and be the go-to person for all things Zoho Books — ensuring our financial processes run accurately, efficiently, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books as the primary system Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements, including filing support Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting workflowsInvoicing & Billing
Raise and manage invoices directly within Zoho Books based on client agreements Automate recurring billing workflows and payment reminders using Zoho's native features Maintain clean records of billing cycles, transactions, and client-wise historyAccounts Receivable & Collections
