Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
• Basic knowledge of NSDL and demat processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks, legal teams, RP/IP, and NSDL.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
Requirements:
• B.Com/M.Com (Inter CA preferred).
• Experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Knowledge of IBC procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with CA firms, financial institutions, compliance, or insolvency matters.
