Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a mixed on-site and remote team, ensuring consistent quality across all client deliverables
- Review staff output (financial statements, management reports, etc.) and maintain quality standards
- Build and sustain strong relationships with assigned clients, the majority of whom are Japanese companies
- Own deadline management across your portfolio — anticipate risks early and elevate proactively
- Respond constructively to non-standard client requests, such as accounting system changes or process improvements
- Collaborate closely with Directors from each department and adapt to different management styles and decision‑making approaches
- Help document and strengthen internal workflows where formal processes are still being developed
- Any other ad‑hoc duties
