Your new role
Payment Processing:
- Prepare and process the weekly payment runs.
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Upload of payment on the bank website.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Vendor Management:
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Provide support in managing shared mailboxes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key vendors.
