Responsibilities
+ Process and enter high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
+ Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and completeness
+ Ensure timely payment of invoices for multiple locations
+ Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
+ Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies
+ Provide general support to internal locations as needed
+ Assist with receptionist coverage when required
