Job Description

Accounts Payable Staff (2 Months’ Contract, Jul to Aug 2026)

Location: Raffles Place

Salary: S$3,200 to S$4,000 (depends on related experience)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 5.30 pm

Daily Dress Code: Smart Casual Wear (Jeans, Shirt/Blouse & Sports Shoes)

Main Preparer for General Expense, Lease Asset and Fixed Asset processing


A. Financial Accounting & Tax & Payments related work

  • Processing of general expense entries in (in-house) Accounting system for approval.
  • Ensure within budget limit for each division.
  • Process foreign currency denominated expenses (require FX calculation to SGD for accounting entries purpose).
