Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
- Promptly register and process invoices in accordance with the company's procedures.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and other relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Support financial reporting activities by providing necessary information and insights.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for data entry, tracking, and report generation.
