Job Description
- Processing and paying invoices from vendors and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconciling vendor statements with company records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all invoices, payments and related documentation.
- Communicating with vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in budgeting and generating reports related to accounts payable including cash flow projections.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Preferably with experience in accounts payable for at least one (1) year.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
