AIS is looking for an experience Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Gloucester on a permanent basis.
What will you do as our Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Matching invoices to orders
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing Company credit cards
- Job costing
- Processing supplier payments
- Handling queries and communications from suppliers
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Other tasks and duties which might be assigned to you from time to time
What are we looking for in our Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in Norwegian
