Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support a non-profit organization in Sacramento, California. This is a Contract position requiring on-site work two days per week, generally from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility on which days are scheduled. The role focuses on accurate invoice handling, payment processing, and day-to-day accounts payable support using QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately into QuickBooks Online for timely processing.
• Manage the full accounts payable workflow, ensuring invoices are matched, organized, and routed appropriately.
