Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team in Watsonville, California on a Contract basis. This role supports daily accounts payable operations by handling invoice entry, verifying purchasing documentation, and helping maintain accurate vendor records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to resolve discrepancies and keep payment activity moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day flow of vendor invoices and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Compare invoices against purchase orders and receiving information to confirm quantities, pricing, and authorization before entry.
