Job Description
There is a Position available in Sandton for an experienced Accounts Payable Controller.
Expected Duties
- Collect invoices and supporting documentations from LSPs or related department.
- Review all invoices against approved quotations.
- Communicate with LSPs if any further documentation is needed.
- Communicate with LSPs regarding errors and queries.
- Ensure all payments to LSP are processed within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice.
- All payment figures to be updated per bill of lading on the Tencent Application.
Minimum Requirements
- At least a colleague education background, additional qualification as an accountant will be a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant or related will be preferred.
