WE'RE HIRING - Accounts Payable Executive
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore
Responsibilities
- Resolve vendor and interdepartmental discrepancies and aging issues.
- Handle posting of freight charges and journal entries.
- Adjust long outstanding debit and credit balances.
- Ensure timely processing of advance payments.
- Post the import vendor invoices after verification with PO, GRN, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
- Ensure month-end matching and reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Imports, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams for documentation and GRN-related payments.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for export/import clearing and forwarding party advances.
Requirements
- CMA Inter or MBA (Finance/Accounting).
- 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts Payable department.
