This individual will oversee all aspects of the firm’s accounts payable operations across multiple offices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and client-related disbursements in a high-volume, matter-centric environment. This role requires extensive experience managing AP functions within a professional services or law firm environment and a demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.
The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for operational management, team leadership, continuous improvement of systems and controls, vendor and relationship management, financial reporting & analysis, policy governance, and risk management.
