Accounts Payable Operations Agent

In this position, you will work under the guidance of the assistant supervisor, focusing on managing accounts payable functions. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier data, verifying invoices, and coordinating payment processes within a collaborative framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update supplier information promptly
• Verify accuracy in invoices and sales taxes
• Post transactions to the general ledger accurately
• Process cheques and ensure timely payment approvals
• Maintain a filing system for invoices and documents
Requirements:
• DEP in office automation or DEC in administration/accounting
• 2 years of related experience necessary
• Familiarity with office software, especially Excel
