- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in BS Accountancy, preferably with experience in SAP or AP/Disbursement
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and process. Ability to manage company’s accounts payable.
- Knowledgeable and capable of preparing and analyzing cash flow.
- Ability to process variety of financial transactions using SAP.
Process payables and disbursements of Staples' Meycauayan.
- Receiving/checking of documents, completeness of attachments from suppliers purchases, services and other payments
- Set up/encodes entries to SAP AP invoice and outgoing payments for CV of the following:
- Bank loans
- Petty cash replenishment
