Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy healthcare organization in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role focuses on end-to-end payable processing, payment coordination, and precise invoice handling while working closely with purchasing and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review and assign proper account codes to invoices to ensure correct financial posting.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receiving details by completing three-way matching activities.
